My goals have always been to exemplify the very best leadership, mentoring, creativity and humanitarian outreach qualities. However at this stage in my life the goals I have for myself have become much more focused. By simplifying these goals it has become easier to distinguish my progress toward their attainment. For the purpose of this paper, I have divided my goals into two parts, current and future. It has been and will continue to be my desire to create and facilitate workshops/seminars. I teach adults and young adults. Their ages range from 19 to 65 years. Each group has its own unique individuals. One group will have executives and the age range is about 45 -55 and another group will be college transfer students and they can range from 19 -25. I have been teaching for five (5) years.

This also varies with the group I am teaching. Most of my students are middle to upper middle class individuals. For the most part they are white males predominately with white females being the next largest segment. However my youth trainings usually host more middle income black youth from average backgrounds.
