Wine making at home is not a really difficult process. I know a lot of people tend to think that it is virtually impossible, or they assume that if the wine was home made it could not be any good. I think to a large extent that is a very American thought, because there are places in this world where the idea of not making your own table wine for your family is virtually unheard of. I think if we were to visit those places the people there would be a little bit surprised at how amazed we are at the wines they are able to make from the comfort of their own kitchens.
