Confusing But Still Good

While reading Chester’s Way, I got confused on were to read next on one of the pages, because the picture was underneath the previous text with text underneath the picture. I also felt its pictures, even though bright and full of color, where too small. However, it was not the stinker in variety and spacing that prize goes to 4, because its’ pictures where the same size and shape and always on the right side of the page.
In conclusion, Chester’s Way had a significant message, but lacks the illustration that would give it the edge to be the best picture storybook of the 20th century. I also felt it was too wordy and long for 3-5 years.
