My goals have always been to exemplify the very best leadership, mentoring, creativity and humanitarian outreach qualities. However at this stage in my life the goals I have for myself have become much more focused. By simplifying these goals it has become easier to distinguish my progress toward their attainment. For the purpose of this paper, I have divided my goals into two parts, current and future. It has been and will continue to be my desire to create and facilitate workshops/seminars. I fully recognize that to achieve both my current and future goals, I must pursue and receive a Graduate Degree in Educational Psychology.
