Have you ever thought about why more than half of the MLM companies out there market nutritional products? There is some history there and it has to do with the way that multi-level marketing was supposed to work in theory. Nutralite, one of Amway’s flagship products, was one of the first products distributed through network marketing in the early half of the 20th century. Part of the theory behind it was that if someone consumes a nutritional product and it has phenomenal health benefits then people in their warm market will notice the improvement and ask how it happened. The distributor who is also the product user then introduces their friends and family members to the product and then they also become consumers and then distributors and the process repeats itself over and over. That is the way it was supposed to work in theory. The reality is that to build a big business in network marketing with a nutritional product you still must master fundamental business skills and you must recruit a lot of people to find a few who want success as badly as you do.
