   I wish folks would educate themselves to the workings of their own government before offering options.

   CRA merely collects taxes for the federal government. It doesn’t decide where the government spends the money.

   In addition, health care and education are provincial responsibilies. They get revenue through sales taxes, fees, and resource taxes.

   Housing and infrastructure are mostly municipal responsibilities. That would be propery taxes.

   However, the routine was funny.

    Rick Mercer really …
    Rick Mercer really needs to have an 11:00pm or 11:30 pm talk show on CBC, like Leno or Letterman. He would do very well!!! I like George Stroumboulopoulos, and what he does, but Rick Mercer is funny.
