What happens when a hospital service’s do not cover their costs?

They they operate at a deficit, start laying off people, and eventually close partially or fully, or got taken over.

    Increase the revenue by analyzing which capacity is under-used & can be improved, increase baseline medical treatment. At the same time analyze the cost, HC cost, support cost, general cost & tackle each one.
