When and how do i receive certificate of authority SALES TAX from NJ state division of revenue?

I did new busness registration on line 3 weeks ago ..i got corporation number and EIN… I need certificate of authority nj sales tax business registration certificate.. ( that certificate i have to display at business location, ) How do i get it..???? i have not received yet… please advice..

sales tax? did you apply to your state dept for that activity?
