To build lean muscle you need to have a comprehensive plan of attack. You need to handle the food you eat differently and you need to workout differently as well.

The food you eat needs to be low in fat and carbohydrates with a healthy dose of protein daily. Fruits and vegetables need to make up a major part of your diet.

Workouts need to be approached differently as well. Focusing on your larger muscles and your core will produce the best results in your lean muscle building program. The core workouts will not only produce leaner muscles but you will see that hard work show through. Working with the larger muscle groups will help produce more testosterone and increase muscle size and density. Both will lead to a leaner looking and feeling body.
